Terms and Conditions

  1. Purchase a bottle of SK Energy between 3/15/12 and 1/31/13, and if you do not believe that SK Energy is the best tasting energy shot, we will issue you a complete refund of the purchase price.
  2. LIMIT ONE REFUND PER HOUSEHOLD.
  3. Refunds are only available for single bottle or two-pack purchases.
  4. No refund may exceed the normal retail price of up to $5.99, excluding tax, for a single bottle of SK Energy, and $10.99, excluding tax, for a two-pack of SK Energy.
  5. Refunds are only available for purchases and reimbursement requests made within the Continental United States.
  6. SK Energy’s “best tasting” guarantee only applies to a single unit of SK Energy per household.  Therefore, if multiple purchases (more than one bottle, more than one two-pack) are made on the same receipt or at different times, only one purchase of a single bottle or a single two-pack of SK Energy will qualify for a refund.
  7. Customers must apply for refunds through SK Energy.  Refund requests cannot be honored by retailers.
  8. Each refund request must include either SK Energy’s pre-printed form available HERE, or a 3″ x 5″ index card, as described in the steps below.  Refund requests, including the request form, receipt and empty bottle(s)/packaging should be mailed to:

  1. All refund requests must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
  2. No bulk or third party refund requests will be honored.
  3. SK Energy is not responsible for undelivered, stolen, damaged or “postage due” refund requests.
  4. Fraudulent, incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored.  Street King maintains sole responsibility for determining the legitimacy of all refund requests.
  5. SK Energy will issue all refunds by check.
  6. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the refund check.
  7. All refund requests must be postmarked by 1/31/13.
  8. Void where prohibited.

Step 1: Complete a refund request.

Reimbursement requests should be created using on the online request form available HERE.  Alternatively, to request a refund, submit a 3″ x 5″ index card that includes your name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code and the reason you are requesting a refund.

Step 2: Mail the completed request, receipt and empty packaging.

Within 30 days of purchase, mail the completed online request form or 3” x 5” index card, along with the original cash register receipt and empty bottle, or if requesting a refund for a two-pack purchase, mail the two empty bottles and the two-pack carton, to the address below:

Step 3: SK Energy will send you a check.

To receive your refund, each step must be completed as outlined.  SK Energy will send you a check in the mail for the full purchase price of your Street King purchase, which refund not to exceed the normal retail price of $5.99, excluding tax, for a single bottle of SK Energy; and $10.99, excluding tax, for a two-pack of SK Energy.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the refund check.  Refunds are only available for purchases and reimbursement requests made within the Continental United States.  Limit one refund per household.
